I have experience working with the developer of a large master planned community in North Colorado Springs, in new homes sales and in resale as an independent Broker. I work with many relocation transactions in the military community, and non profit organizations. Our family moved 11 times in 22 years and I am very aware of the challenges that come with those moves!  
 
My clients will testify that I do not disappear after Closing and most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. 

I received my real estate Broker’s License, completed an additional 90 hours of education to receive the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation as well as the ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent) designation.  I just completed the class for Certified Distressed Property Expert.
